This vase was hand-made from porcelain clay on the potter's wheel by Lindsey. Due to the unique nature of crystalline glazes, no two pieces are ever alike. The zinc crystals are actually grown during the firing and cooling process. The time and temperature must be accurate in order to achieve crystal growth on the piece.
The blue crystals on this vas float around on a denim blue background. The colors and depth of the crystals and background are quite stunning and unique. The piece measures 8.5" tall and is 5" at its widest point. The opening of the vase is very small and is best used as a decorative piece.
